Refund policy

Once payment is made and the product has been shipped out all sales are final. If you made a deposit on a sourced order and we have procured the product for you already and you choose to cancel the transaction for whatever reason you will be forfeiting the deposit as we would be using it as a restocking fee to now stock the purchased product. After receiving the product you will have 24 hours to contact us if you choose to refund your purchase. A 7% restocking fee and shipping cost will be taken off your refund amount and you will have to ship the product back immediately same or next day via our overnight label. The product needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received in with original packaging and anything that the product came with needs to be there and in the same condition as well. If we receive it and it is not, we reserve the right to decline the return or take an additional restocking fee based on what we feel is fair.
